There has a recent thread of engineer taking over the govt. Our former governor is an agricultural engineer, and so is our Vice President. The Governor/Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires is also an Engineer.
Why? I dunno

It's probably because engineers have awesome analogies that they can use to win over the populace.

"Sir, I've been designing bridges for over 20 years now, and I know that you can't build a bridge without a solid foundation. But the dumbocrat's want to build our bridges of education without a solid foundation of after school programs. Why?"

WHOA Mathematicians??? Who would have thought?

I have 120 BS degrees.

That either went over my head, or you've been around for centuries.

I have 20% of a BS degree.

I've got like 15% of a BS degree.

So I'm guessing that Mathematicians are people with Phd.
That would explain the difference.
Is that the difference between Law Graduates and Lawyers?

A law graduate is anyone who gets a JD from an accredited law school. Lawyers are people who can get actually get jobs as lawyers. Law graduate salaries are a bimodal distribution, with the lawyers on the right and everyone else on the left.

I think Mathematicians mostly have Ph.Ds but I'm not sure. Most people who just get a BS in math end up becoming Actuaries.
